Programme Management

Management of numerous SAP project through a programme manager requires the extensive skills of a SAP project manager combined with the skills of being able to priorities issues, schedule resources, manage costs and meet milestones when a number of projects are simultaneously active. Our more experienced SAP project Managers have experience in managing and delivering multiple and simultaneous projects. We can provide you with this skill sets to assist you in ensuring your SAP projects/initiatives are continuously and successfully delivered to plan.

Team Leaders

- Functional

Our SAP functional consultants have many years experience in SAP projects across a variety of industries.  Their experience combined with appropriate people management stills ensures the work of the functional consultants on your SAP project is properly managed.  Their role involves:

  • allocating assignments to consultants
  • ensuring timely delivery of process designs, proposed SAP solutions, configuration changes and functional specifications
  • assisting in issue resolution
  • upward reporting to the project manager

- Technical

We have proven ABAP/4 Team Leaders with years of implementation and support experience. The role of such a team leader would consist of managing:

  • all technical development ( assignment, standards & QA )
  • Data Dictionary changes, transportation & dependency
  • transport cohesion, dependency & delivery
  • all contracted and/or permanent  technical staff against the overall project plan
  • provide ABAP technical support to SAP process & functional teams in satisfying business requirements

Project Manager Support – Client Side

As well as offering direct Project Management services where we take responsibility and control of the project, we also offer a unique client side Project Management service where our project manager/s will work with, assist, mentor and QA your internal Project management resource/s to ensure that the project is adequately managed while ensuring that valuable Project Management knowledge is transferred internally.

Project Management Training

Our Project Managers are experienced in delivering hands-on workshop based Project management training courses. We can customise courses to meet the skills requirements of your resources or we can deliver generic project Management workshop training. Our consultants have previously developed and delivered these courses for private and public companies as well as public academic bodies.

Test Manager

Our long-term experience in SAP implementation, extension & support, provides our Test Managers with real background knowledge to enable them to provide clients with reliable advice and support in relation to a professional approach to testing for your SAP environments. Through risk assessment of change, test plans & scripts, integration testing, repeatable testing and most significantly installing the importance of quality and feedback, we ensure that testing makes a positive contribution to the client’s SAP change process.


As experienced in both delivery of SAP training and in-depth Functional configuration experience of SAP modules such as FI-CO and Logistics, our Training managers are well placed to guide and provide the:

  • development of the training strategy & programmes
  • recruitment of a team of quality trainers
  • ongoing assessment of training delivery, it’s effectiveness and scrutiny of potential improvements
  • Regular liaison with senior management across Central Finance

Integration manager

Through past experience we can provide second to none Integration Management to  both functional and technical project teams, to deliver the integrated solution defined in the project scope and plan. This requires the following responsibilities to be undertaken by our Integration Manager:

  • validation of business and process requirements for all business streams with a cross functional view (end to end)
  • to manage the integration of the solution during all phases from development to production and the following go-live support stage
  • to manage the interfaces including conversion and data migration
  • manage the transition and cut over activities to ensure successful go-live
  • to validate the integrated project plan with regards to timeline, resources, project deliverables  along with the Project Manager
